Observation: Combined available chlorine levels measured to be too high at 1.06 ppm. Combined available chlorine should be maintained at the regulated level of less than 1.0 ppm because at levels greater than this health effects and bather comfort becomes an issue. Health effects include red, burning eyes, burning nose, throat, and lungs, itchy skin, and difficulty breathing.
Corrective Action: Reduce combined available chlorine levels to <= 1.0 ppm.
