| 305 | Improper Maintenance of Pool Surface, Walkways, Floors and/or Construction Observation: There was a gap in the seam of the water slide. Brown coloured residue appeared to be coming out form the gap. Environmental Health Officer was unable to determine if the gap was smooth or had any rough edges. Corrective Action: Clean up the brown residue and assess the condition of the water slide. Repair the water slide surface as needed. Send a photo of the cleaned slide via email to the Environmental Health Officer along with a description of any repairs that were conducted. |
