401  Critical Inadequate concentration of disinfectant

Observation: The chemical(s) room which houses the disinfection equipment is very warm. The liquid hypochlorite which is being used as disinfectant for the hot tub's not covered. The warm temperatures in the chemical room provide an environment for the quick dissipation of chemical. the chemical should also be stored on shelves in and outside (room temperature) room.
Corrective Action: It is also recommended that personal protection equipment be supplied to individuals working with disinfectant as the fumes can be quite corrosive. A respirator and goggles should be supplied.
