Observation: There is a missing weir
Corrective Action: Replace missing weir. Operator informed that weir had been ordered during time of inspection. This should be in place before the tub reopens

Observation: Hot tub not covered when not in use. There is no gate restricting access of small children into the hot tub area.
Corrective Action: To ensure due diligence please make sure that the hot tub is always covered when not in use and that access is restricted for unsupervised children.

Corrective Action: This pool is to remain closed until 2 samples, taken 24 hours apart, are confirmed as being negative for Pseudomonas. Results are to be supplied to the Northern Health Authority before reopening.
