Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code   Description / Observation / Corrective Action
101   Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: Water chemistry results showed absence of free chlorine in the hot tub water. Operator tested the water with her test kit and noted the same. Without chlorine disinfectant in the hot tub water, put it at a higher risk of bacterial growth and contamination, especially Pseudomonas bacteria thrive in hot. Upon reviewing the daily testing log, it was noted that no actions were taken when the operator did not detect chlorine in the test results.
Corrective Action: Hot tub was shut down. No public should be allowed into the hot tub enclosure until the hot tub water chemistry is rebalanced. Operator must be trained and certified in pool operating course by May 20, 2024.
103   Improper Pool Temperature
Observation: The temperature of hot tub was measured at 40.9°C. High temperature above 40° may cause drowsiness, which may lead to unconsciousness and, possibly, drowning.
Corrective Action: Operator to adjust the temperature setting on the heater to keep it below 40°C. The operator decreased the temperature and will ensure it is maintained at or below 40° C
