Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code   Description / Observation / Corrective Action
101   Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: FAC concentration measured 0.38 ppm at the time of inspection. A minimum of 1.5 ppm is required for hot tubs; insufficient chlorine increases risk of recreational water illness.
Corrective Action: Increase free available chlorine to a minimum of 1.5 ppm; maintaining concentration between 3 and 5 ppm is highly recommended.
101   Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: Combined chlorines measured 2.36 ppm at the time of inspection; the concentration may not exceed 1.0 ppm, or irritation may result.
Corrective Action: Dilute pool or perform breakpoint chlorination to reduce combined chlorines to an acceptable level, and maintain at less than 1.0 ppm.
205   Improper Monitoring of Chemical Paramaters or Safety Tests
Observation: No adequately trained employee was on site to perform pool maintenance, and pool testing was not being performed adequately. Accuracy of operator's test kit was confirmed, recorded chemistry values were inconsistent with what was recorded by the EHO.
Corrective Action: Enrol in a Pool Operator's Training Course or similar to ensure employees are capable of maintaining pool facilities.
307   Improper Storage of Chemicals
Observation: Chemicals were observed to be stored in re-used chemical containers. Such storage may result in formation of toxic fumes.
Corrective Action: Cease this practice immediately. Never re-use old chemical containers, and only store chemicals in designated containers only used for that chemical.
