| 417 | Inadequate maintenance of pool equipment Observation: 1. One ladder from leisure pool to deck loose. 2. Flow meters not working. 3. "Trough" floor drainage leading to change rooms does not have sufficient drainage, leading to stagnant water. Corrective Action: 1. Closed sign and orange pylon advising swimmers not to use ladder. Please secure ladder to ensure safety. (This will be completed during annual pool shut down in September, as per Rod Krpan). 2. Please repair/replace flow meters as they must be functional in order to ensure flow rate through pools is within design levels 3. Please improve to ensure adequate drainage. . |
