Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code   Description / Observation / Corrective Action
101  Critical Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: Free chlorine registered at 1.0 ppm when the pool water temperature was 39.9 degrees C. Water that is greater than 30 degrees C is required to have a free chlorine conc of at least 1.5 ppm. Hot tub free chlorine recommended range is 3-5 ppm. pH registered at 7.2. Total alkalinity registered at 30 ppm.
Corrective Action: Close pool. Adjust pool chemistry and obtain a minimum conc of 1.5 ppm for free chlorine. Note: Combined chlorine is 0.8 ppm; maximum allowable concentration is 1.0 ppm. It is highly recommended to control this now and low the level before it exceeds 1.0 ppm. Adjust pool water chemistry and raise pH to 7.2 - 7.8, which is the allowable concentration range. Raise total alkalinity to 80-120 ppm. pH and total alkalinity play a role in the free chlorine disinfecting strength. Currently the observed levels do not meet the Regulatory requirements and are not providing adequate disinfection. Please correct immediately and call EHO when pool chemistry has been adjusted to the required levels. EHO will conduct a follow up inspection prior to re opening.
205   Improper Monitoring of Chemical Paramaters or Safety Tests
Observation: Ground fault circuit interrupter not tested according to the operator
Corrective Action: GFCI was tested during inspection and was functional. Please label the switch for the GFCI n the panel and test daily. Record that checks have been done on a chemical parameter test sheet.
205   Improper Monitoring of Chemical Paramaters or Safety Tests
Observation: Total alkalinity not tested weekly.
Corrective Action: This is to be tested weekly. Record observations.
302  Critical Inadequate or Lack of Lifesaving/Safety Equipment
Observation: line for throwing ring was not attached to the throwing ring.
Corrective Action: Line must always be attached to the throwing ring so it can be accessed and used immediately during an emergency.
