Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code   Description / Observation / Corrective Action
101   Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: pH measured at 7.88 at the time of inspection. The maximum allowable pH is 7.8; ideal range is 7.2 - 7.4. A pH above 7.8 results in severe reduction of chlorine efficiacy.
Corrective Action: Reduce pH immediately to below 7.8. Maintain as close within ideal range of 7.2 - 7.4 as possible.
205   Improper Monitoring of Chemical Paramaters or Safety Tests
Observation: Improper chemistry indicates insufficient chemical monitoring. The automatic controllers are non-functional and so manual testing is required.
Corrective Action: Test water chemistry at least twice per day. When a parameter is found outside of the acceptable range, correct immediately. Due to recurring chemical parameter issues, you are required to repair the automatic controller units within 2 weeks.
