Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
Code | Description / Observation / Corrective Action |
401 | Critical Inadequate concentration of disinfectant Observation: 1.The log show chlorine levels at 0.5 to 1.5 ppm . 2. The tower style chlorine injector is designed for use with stabilized chlorine pucks, and the only pucks on-site are stabilized but indoor pools should never use stabilized chlorine. Corrective Action: 1. Ensure the hot tub is maintained at >3ppm when it re-opens. 2. Submit plans for a chlorine injection system that efficiently injects non-stabilized chlorine and can maintain a concentration of >3ppm even during heavy use. It is recommended you install an auto-injected pH controller at the same time. Submit plans October 31, 2010. |
