| 401 | Note Violation Observation: Pool Flowmeter is not funtional. Operator had tried to correct the flowmeter but it was not working and was reading an inaccurate number. It is the operator's responsibility to ensure that their pool operators at the ideal flow rate in order to prevent an increased risk of suction hazard occurring. In order to do this, you must know your ideal flow rate and be able to measure the current outgoing flow Corrective Action: Install a new flowmeter and ensure it is functional at all times on a routine basis.
