Observation: Operator was unaware of the ground fault circuit interruptor and how to turn it off. Operator was advised on the ground fault interruptor at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the ground fault interruptor is identified and that the operator is aware of how to turn it on and off in cases of emergencies. Ground fault interruptor should be checked at least monthly to ensure that it is working properly.

Observation: Both skimmers lacked floating weirs.
Corrective Action: Ensure floating weirs are installed for skimmers. Weirs should be floating at a 45° angle.

Observation: Combined Chlorine and Alkalinity of pool water was not tested and recorded as per the Pool Regulations.
Corrective Action: Ensure combined Chlorine is tested and recorded at least twice daily. Combined Chlorine must not exceed 1 ppm. Alkalinity must be tested at least once per week. Alkalinity must be maintained between 80 and 120 ppm.
