401 | Note Violation Observation: Observed that timer runs more than 15 minutes even if it is set at 15. Sitting in Hot Tub for over 15 minutes will allow increase body temperature to rise a lot faster than it would and result in illness in people with underlying health conditions, the elderly and pregnant women. Timer should be set at 15 minutes to allow Hot Tub users move around and cool various parts of their body. Corrective Action: Ensure that timer is calibrated or replaced. This must be completed by August 31, 2021 |
