Operator was not recording the date and the actions taken to correct the pool chemistry on the sheets. Corrective Action: Operator must record the date and month on the pool maintenance records to keep track of the pool chemistry and actions taken. Pool maintenance records are vital during an unforeseen event and should be maintain appropriately. |
| 307 | Improper Storage of Chemicals Observation: An unlabelled container was seen beside the chlorine solution in the storage room. When questioned about the contents operator mentioned that he was using it for transporting water to mix it with the chemicals. Corrective Action: All the containers must be labelled appropriately and unnecessary empty containers must be removed from the premise. |
