The main drain should be pulling water through to the circulation and filtration system. It mist be clogged . Furthermore, with there being no cover, it the circulation was restored, there is an immediate entrapment and drowning risk. Corrective Action: This drain needs to be fixed and have anti-entrapment drain installed. THIS POOL MUST BE CLOSED TODAY. |
