Observation: The chlorine levels are above 5ppm and we cannot calculate the combined chlorine level. Chlorine concentration must be above 1ppm and should not exceed 5. Too much chlorine poses chemical safety concerns. We must be above to calculate combined chlorine level.
Corrective Action: Please bring us a proposal for automatic disinfection system and have it approved by our office and properly installed prior to reopening.

Observation: The pH is 8.2. This is too high and must be maintained lower.
Corrective Action: Must be maintained lower.

Corrective Action: A pool safety plan must be submitted and approved by our office prior to reopening.
303   Improper Condition Causing Suction or Entrapment Hazard
Observation: The main drain appears to be full of sand and debris. There is no main drain cover. The main drain should be pulling water through to the circulation and filtration system. It mist be clogged . Furthermore, with there being no cover, it the circulation was restored, there is an immediate entrapment and drowning risk.
Corrective Action: This drain needs to be fixed and have anti-entrapment drain installed. THIS POOL MUST BE CLOSED TODAY.
304   Improper Cleanliness and/or Hygiene
Observation: There is a build up of grime along upper tiles of pool.
Corrective Action: These must be cleaned prior to re-opening.
305   Improper Maintenance of Pool Surface, Walkways, Floors and/or Construction
Observation: There is chipping paint on the ceiling.
Corrective Action: Please repair. Chips and cracks can cause further moisture damage and pose microbiological growth risk.
