Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code   Description / Observation / Corrective Action
101  Critical Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: The chemical testing for the hot tub was performed, a total of 3 samples were taken. Two tests were performed from the water collected from the hot tub at two opposite sides. One test was performed by the operator using Taylor test kit. All the three samples revealed an average of high combine chlorine (greater then 5 PPM)
Corrective Action: Combined chlorine must be maintained at or below 1 PPM. High levels of combined chlorine may lead to objectionable odours, irritation of eyes and lungs of hot tub patrons. High combine chlorine can also lead to cloudy water and corrosion to surfaces and equipment. In order to rectify the high combined chlorine issue super chlorinate the hot tub by raising the level of chlorine to 10 times the combined chlorine level. pH must be maintained at 7.2 -7.8 with a goal of achieving 7.4. Normal pH range for the hot tub water is 7.2 -7.8 and when the pH is above 7.8 it decreases the effectiveness of chlorine as a disinfectant and may cause eye and skin irritation to the patrons. No public should be allowed into the hot tub enclosure until the hot tub water chemistry is rebalanced.
208   Improper Maintenance of Records
Observation: It was observed that details in the pool maintenance records were incomplete. Operator was not recording the date and the actions taken to correct the pool chemistry on the sheets.
Corrective Action: Operator must record the date and month on the pool maintenance records to keep track of the pool chemistry and actions taken . Pool maintenance records are vital during an unforeseen event and should be maintain appropriately.
307   Improper Storage of Chemicals
Observation: An unlabelled container was seen beside the chlorine solution in the storage room. When questioned about the contents operator mentioned that he was using it for transporting water to mix it with the chemicals.
Corrective Action: All the containers must be labelled appropriately and unnecessary empty containers must be removed from the premise.
