101   Repeat Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: The Total Alkalinity was found to be at 146 ppm. Alkalinity must be maintained between 80 and 120 ppm. High Alkalinity can cause pH drift, increased acid demand, scaling, and cloudy water .
Corrective Action: Lower the TA and maintain it between 80 and 120 ppm.
101  Critical Repeat Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: The Free Available Chlronie was found to be at 6.81 ppm. This is too high - it is recommended to have the FAC maintained between 1 and 3 ppm. If FAC is too high, it can cause eye/skin irritation, adverse lung effects, and it can degrade surfaces.
Corrective Action: Lower the FAC and maintain it between 1 and 3 ppm - Test the FAC to verify that it is greater than 0.5 ppm before reopening the pool.
101  Critical Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: The pH was found to be greater than 8.4. High pH can cause eye irritation, cloudy water, scale formation, short filter runs, and can decrease effectiveness of chlorine.
Corrective Action: Lower the pH and maintain it between 7.2 and 7.8.
208   Repeat Improper Maintenance of Records
Observation: The operator is only testing the pool chemistry once a day in the morning. The FAC, CC, and pH must be tested at least twice daily.
Corrective Action: Ensure the FAC, CC, and pH are tested at least twice daily.
305   Repeat Improper Maintenance of Pool Surface, Walkways, Floors and/or Construction
Observation: All pool skimmer weirs were missing - pool recirculation system is not skimming adequately. Operator stated that they have been ordered.
Corrective Action: Install skimmer weirs in the pool
