Observation: Combined chlorine was tested using three different test kits on site including 2 kits used by the operator. Combined chlorine ranged from 1.0 to 1.87 ppm. Combined chlorine should not exceed 1 ppm due to risk of irritation of eyes, skin and airways of swimmers from prolonged exposure.
Corrective Action: Adjust pool chemistry to maintain combined chlorine levels below 1 ppm at all times during operation. Operator has stated that the pool will be rebalanced the following day.
