101   Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: pH was measured and found to be out of the acceptable limit. pH was measured at greater than 8.4. Free available chlorine was measured at more than 5 ppm
Corrective Action: The pool chemistry must be rebalanced. pH must be maintained at between 7.2 to 7.8.
204   Inadequate Operator Training
Observation: Operator on site does not appear to have adequate knowledge regarding water chemistry and water maintenance.
Corrective Action: Pool operator's course must be completed in order to allow the facility to must properly maintained.
208   Improper Maintenance of Records
Observation: Records for water chemistry maintenance was poorly maintained. Some water chemistry parameter such as total alkalinity was omitted.
Corrective Action: Water chemistry and maintenance record must be properly maintained as per the pool regulation. A copy of the pool regulation is provided to the operator.
305   Improper Maintenance of Pool Surface, Walkways, Floors and/or Construction
Observation: Skimmer's weirs were found to be missing.
Corrective Action: Skimmer's weirs must be properly installed to ensure contaminant from the water surface could be effectively removed.
