204   Inadequate Operator Training
Observation: Currently there is no operator at the facility that has appropriate training or experience in pool operations.
Corrective Action: Training, such as a Pool Operator's Level 1 course, or equivalent experienced is required.
205   Improper Monitoring of Chemical Paramaters or Safety Tests
Observation: It was observed that the combined chlorine and total alkalinity was not being monitored due to a lack of testing equipment.
Corrective Action: The total alkalinity must be tested for weekly and combined chlorine levels must be tested for daily.
208   Improper Maintenance of Records
Observation: It was observed that the total alkalinity as well as the combined chlorine levels were not being recorded.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the total alkalinity as well as the combine chlorine levels are recorded. A record log template that will be forwarded for useage.
