| 205 | Improper Monitoring of Chemical Paramaters or Safety Tests Observation: It was observed that the combined chlorine and total alkalinity was not being monitored due to a lack of testing equipment. Corrective Action: The total alkalinity must be tested for weekly and combined chlorine levels must be tested for daily. |
