| 101 | Critical Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity Observation: pH is higher than the required range of 7.2-7.8. High pH may cause eye irritation, cloudy water, scale formation, short filter runs, and decreased effectiveness of chlorine. Corrective Action: Close the pool. Rebalance the water chemistry. Do not reopen the pool until the Environmental Health Officer has confirmed that the pH is addressed. |
| 104 | Improper Turnover of Flow Rate Observation: Flow meter is broken. Flow meters are required to accurately determine the flow rate of the pool water. Corrective Action: Repair or install a new flow meter. |
