Water system appears to have regular annual TC growth around summer time and warm weather. Operator identified potential causes as: seasonal events, or the recent change of the water filter. Operator also identified that they are close their annual disinfection time and the last disinfection took place in August 2021. | |

Operator has been notified of the unsatisfatory water sample results. Written email has been sent to operator with instructions for what communication/actions are required for WQA. | |
| Corrective Actions Remaining: Operator must notify water users of WQA.
Operator should clean and disinfect water system.
One bacteriological sample showing absence of total coliforms and E. coli is required prior to EHO assessment for removal of the WQA. |
