	Steps Taken to Remedy: Property Manager informed all tenants of the notice Property manager contracted a plumbing company to excavate and locate problem.
	Corrective Actions Remaining: Locate and repair water lines breaks Clean and disinfect filters and UV chamber Return filters to full operation Submit samples to ensure proper disinfection
