| Corrective Actions Remaining: 1) Treatment system and chlorinator lines need to be repaired.
2) The system must be shock chlorinated after repairs and maintenance are completed
3) The system must be tested and monitored to ensure that a residual chlorine 0.2 ppm is maintained throughout the system.
4) Two consecutive samples submitted at each sample site showing no bacterial presence in the water. Each sample must be taken at least 24 hours apart. |
