     Underlying Problems: Exceedance of MAC for Aluminum, Chromium, Lead, Copper, and Manganese.
     Steps Taken to Remedy: Contacted Operator, they are aware that the well water should not be consumed and will be using hauled and bottled water to provide potable water for the camp.
     Corrective Actions Remaining: Provide an updated Application for Waterworks Construction Permit for a treatment system or a Request to Waive Waterworks Construction Permit for New Hauled Water Source for Non-potable Use if only hauled water will be used. - Notify users that the well water is not safe for consumption. - Signs need to be placed nearby taps so that camp residences are aware that the well water should not be consumed
