This facility is currently under a Boil Water Notice
 Underlying Problems: Unknown source of contamination. Operator stated that the well was disinfected and flushed just a couple months ago. Barnett household has not been using their house for months, stagnant water is believed to exacerbate the numbers. The two sample sites are on an alternating sample schedule. The next samples need to be sent as a set for evaluation. | |
| Steps Taken to Remedy: Discussion with operator over phone. Operator was advised to issue a boil water notice and submit new water samples. Email summary of discuss has been sent to operator. | |
| Corrective Actions Remaining: -Communicate boil water notice instructions to all water users. (including Barnett household who is currently away)
-Two sets of satisfactory water samples, taken at least 24 hours apart, are required for the Environmental Health Officer’s reconsideration of the Boil Water Notice. |
