	Underlying Problems: 1. Surface water source with treatment system that has not been assessed by the Public Health Engineer. Treatment will need upgrades to meet provincial 4-3-2-1-0 guidelines for treatment of a surface water source.
	Steps Taken to Remedy: The water users have been notified by owner that a boil water notice is in effect. Signage has been posted in the common laundry facility. Operator has been working with Environmental Health Officer to submit an Application for Waterworks Construction Permit.
	Corrective Actions Remaining: 1. Application for Waterworks Construction Permit must be submitted to the Environmental Health Officer and Public Health Engineer by September 20, 2021. Assessment by Public Health Engineer required. 2. Removal of the Boil Water Notice will be considered when two consecutive samples, taken a minimum 24 hours apart, are absent for Coliform bacteria and E. coli.
