This facility is currently under a Boil Water Notice
 Underlying Problems: Unsatisfactory bacteriological sample at sample site. Overgrowth of coliforms was exhibited in 2019. Some spikes in total coliforms have also been detected in past years.
The hand pump was the only outlet for the well and static water level could not be accurately determined. | |
| Steps Taken to Remedy: Operator was notified about the adverse TC result by the area EHO Michael Cai. | |
| Corrective Actions Remaining: Operator will shock chlorinate the well with higher volume of bleach than before, then resample after 24 hours. Investigation of the water system needs to be done to determine cause of high total coliforms. Possible treatment options will be discussed. |
