| Steps Taken to Remedy: Notify all the water users of Boil Water Notice on the kitchen water system

| Corrective Actions Remaining: 1. Examine the filtration system, batch chlorination procedures, kitchen tank and pipes.
2. Investigate for causes of contamination and any underlying concerns.
3. Shock chlorinate and flush the kitchen water system
4. Increase the amount the 6% bleach that will mix with filtered water during batch chlorination and test the FAC (above 1ppm but below 2ppm) at kitchen tap every day
5. Re-sample the water from the distribution system.
6. In order to lift the Boil Water Notice, there must be two consecutive satisfactory water samples taken at least 24 hours apart.
