     Underlying Problems: Chlorine residual was never tested since permitted. ☒Unacceptable microbiological water quality results
     Steps Taken to Remedy: - Informed the operator about the water result - Reviewed sampling protocol - The operator is willing to issue a Boil Water Notice internally
     Corrective Actions Remaining: - Place signage at all sinks indicating that water is not potable (including washroom facilities) - Remove any cross connections - Clean, disinfect and flush the cistern and the distribution network (refer to the shock chlorination chart attached to this email). - If water is to be hauled, maintain minimum of 0.2 ppm chlorine residuals throughout the distribution system - Pressure wash the cistern and remove bottom sediments, if applicable - Submit two sets of satisfactory bacteriological samples at least 24 hours apart.
