Operator to take training for Small Water Systems to ensure that they are aware of how to identify potential risks to the water system.
Place signage at all accessible taps and confirm that food operation is aware of how to effectively operate under a boil water notice.
Report actions taken to repair existing UV functioning.
Upon completion of treatment repair, in coordination with the EHO, conduct two sets of samples, taken 24 hours apart, and submit to an accredited lab. Sample results should show absence of coliforms and E.coli. Upon satisfation of this required action/s discuss removal of the existing notice with the EHO.
