| Steps Taken to Remedy: Attempted to contact multiple individuals (including Marilyn and John Vantol) from the Emergency Response Plan about the total coliforms detected in their sample but was only able to leave a voicemail with Esther Goertzen. | |
| Corrective Actions Remaining: Consultation with an Environmental Health Officer is required. Operator needs to determine if treatment system is operational, as well levels of residual chlorine within the system. The Camp Kitchen should be resampled on Monday, Dec.16th, 2022.
Emergency Response Plan requires updating to ensure ability to contact operator in the future. Operator will also need to provide public notice to all appropriate parties of the Boil Water Notice, as well as place signs on all publicly accessible taps. |
