     Underlying Problems: Unsatisfactory water sample result. Possibly due to high water usage
     Steps Taken to Remedy: · The operator has been notified that his system is on a Precautionary Boil Water Notice · The operator has been instructed to notify the water users, and resources on how to do this have been provided to the operator (see above) · The operator has been provided information on how to have the Boil Water Notice rescinded
     Corrective Actions Remaining: · Perform a shock chlorination of the well. · Submit 2 bacteriological samples taken a minimum of 24 hours apart showing the absence of Total Coliforms and E. Coli · Perform an assessment of the well, reservoir, and distribution system to determine if it is protected against contamination.
