Make bottle water available for employee for drinking purposes. For hand washing, tap water could still be used however, ensure that an alcohol sanitizer is used after drying hands. | |
| Corrective Actions Remaining: Investigate the water treatment component and confirm working status of the water treatment component
Water sampling is required at least twice a month. By collecting these data, we will be able to monitor the quality of the water source and functionality of the treatment systems.
The boil water notice is to be kept in place until the investigation of the water system is completed.
