Permit condition requires the general chemistry of the raw water from the well be tested at least once every 5 years. This violation was noted during the July 2017 inspection. Corrective Action: Provide a general chemical analysis report for the raw water from the well that has been done within the past 5 years, or make arrangements to have this done and forward a copy of the report when available. |
