301  Critical Storage Practices
Observation: A gap larger than an inch observed between inlet pipe and lid of cistern. This could allow entry of potential contaminants. Multiple cans of paints observed on wooden shelf above cistern.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the gap is properly sealed to prevent potential contamination. Ensure that paints stored above cistern are removed to prevent potential contamination.
316   Source unprotected and subject to contamination
Observation: Well head cup observed severely cracked and could easily be lifted up. This could result in water contamination. Wall mounted inlet used to pump hauled water through to cistern observed not secured. This is could result in contamination of water.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the well cap is repaired or replaced and wall mounted inlet to the cistern is locked..
318   Inadequate Microbiological Analysis data
Observation: Water samples are not being consistently submitted for bacteriological analysis as required. The last sample submitted was in February 2018.
Corrective Action: Ensure that water samples are consistently submitted on a monthly basis as per the permit conditions. Failure to do so is a violation of the Drinking water protection Act and Regulation and could result in fines or operating permit revoked.
319   Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data
Observation: Chemical analysis data is not being submitted every three years as required.
Corrective Action: Ensure that chemical analysis data is submitted. This must be submitted by November 06, 2019.

Observation: Operator does not have a water safety training certificate. This is one of the requirements of operating permit issued.
Corrective Action: Ensure to attend a water safety course and submit certificate when acquired.This must be completed by Nov 30, 2019.
