313   Inadequate treatment
Observation: Concentration of free available chlorine in distribution system is measured to be 0.02 - 0.05ppm.
Corrective Action: The minimum concentration of free chlorine that is required to be present throughout the distribution system is 0.2ppm. This parameter is required to be monitored routinely (i.e. daily) during the operation of the RV park and campground to ensure the minimum requirements are met. An accurate colorimeter is required for this purpose. To be corrected immediately.
314   Improper maintenance of distribution system
Observation: No backflow preventers are present at the RV site water connections.
Corrective Action: Install backflow preventers on each RV site in an effort to prevent contamination of the water supply. To be corrected by October 30, 2007.
318   Inadequate Microbiological Analysis data
Observation: A sample of water from the distribution system is not being collected and submitted to the Smithers Health Unit once a month for bacteriological analysis.
Corrective Action: Collect and submit one water sample to the Smithers Health Unit each month during the operating season. To be corrected immediately.
319   Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data
Observation: A chemical analysis of the water supply has not been completed within the past 5 years.
Corrective Action: Submit a sample of water from the system to an approved lab for a complete chemical analysis to verify the chemical safety of the water supply. To be corrected by October 30, 2007.
