A properly installed well cap separates potential pollutants from your drinking water; a secure well cap keeps out chemical and environmental contaminants including pests from enter the water source. Corrective Action: Repair and/or install a new well cap and ensure that it is tightly sealed. Operator must follow-up with the Environmental Health Officer once this violation is addressed. |
