Observation: The water system is lack of treatment to deal with reoccurence of existence of Total Coliform in the water samples due to the water stagnation in reservoirs.
Corrective Action: Please design and install suitable water treatment system to achieve treatment targets.
319   Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data
Observation: The water operating permit requires chemistry data to be submitted to Northern Health every 5 years. The last chemistry was provided in 2014.
Corrective Action: Please provide new chemistry date to Northern Health.

Observation: The water system should be regularly shocked with chlorine to prevent formation of biofilm and other undesirable organisms.
Corrective Action: Develop a shockchlorination program that shock the whole water system (especially the reservoirs) at least twice a year and submit the plan to Northern Health. Once this plan is accepted and the water results have been satisfactory, the Boil Water Notice can thus be lifted.
