Observation: Free Available Chlorine measured 0.04ppm at the John Hamblin Kitchen Sink (pre-reservoir, well pump recently turned on). Free Available Chlorine measured 0.02ppm at Dave Hamblin's Kitchen Sink (post reservoir). Measurements are taken and recorded 1-2 times each month. FAC (Free Available Chlorine) must be maintained at 0.2-0.5ppm at the ends of the distribution line to ensure adequate disinfection.
Corrective Action: Test chlorine residuals at sites pre and post reservoir. Adjust chlorine injector pump as required. Residuals should be tested at least once per week and recorded. Sample logs provided.
