Observation: Mouse feces and shredded insulation observed in well house.
Corrective Action: Identify and seal all pest entry points to the well house to minimize risk of contamination. Safely remove mouse feces and clean affected area; use proper personal protective equipment (eg respirator), spray feces with 100 ppm solution of chlorine (1tsp household bleach to 1L water) to prevent aerosolization of fecal matter, remove feces with gloves and towel and dispose.

Observation: Soil covering access to second reservoir may be a source of contamination.
Corrective Action: Build an insulated culvert o allow access to the reservoir and to protect the access from potential soil contamination.
