Observation: Treatment: applied to kitchen sink only. Water in washrooms and other accessible tap(s) untreated. Treatment provided results in acceptable water quality. (5 micron and 1 micron filters followed by UV unit).
Corrective Action: If treatment components have the capacity, treat all public access points. As an interim protective measure, provide warning signs at all untreated access points.
317   Inadequate or improper construction of water works
Observation: Well stick-up approximately 3' above dry ground, 6" to 1 foot above dammed surface. High flow may reduce to nil and inundate well from time to time. Cover in place but not likely water tight. Not accessible at this time.
Corrective Action: Stick-up should be minimum of 1 foot above high water level.
319   Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data
Observation: No chemical analysis has been provided.
Corrective Action: Chemical ananlysis is required this season. Generally chemical reports are updated every 3-5 years.
