Code | Description / Observation / Corrective Action |
318 | Inadequate Microbiological Analysis data Observation: Bacteriological sampling has not been conducted yet this season. Corrective Action: As per your Operating Permit, bacteriological sampling is required for every month that the park is opened. In addition Northern Health would like to see sample results from the well prior to making the water available to the public. This is to ensure that the water is safe to drink. In the future, you are not to allow access to the well until after the water has been tested. |
319 | Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data Observation: Chemical analysis of the water from the well has still not been submitted as required by your operating permit. Corrective Action: Ensure that you submit a complete water analysis of the well prior to making the water available to the public next season. |
320 | Other (specify below) Observation: A condition of your operator permit is to ensure that the operator for the system is trained in the Water Safe BC course or equivalent. At this time, the status of operator training is unknown. Corrective Action: Provide a copy of certification training for the operator of this system to our office prior to operating the water system next season. |
320 | Other (specify below) Observation: The conditions on your operating permit require you to maintain an up to dater emergency response plan. The last plan that our office has on file is from 2007. Corrective Action: Ensure that you submit a copy of an updated emergency response plan to our office for review prior to operating the well next season. |
