Observation: Water source is under influence of surface water as per 2007 engineering report which states there is a high risk of contracting pathogens from the river and from the field.

Observation: Well head located on ground of foodplain; potential for contamination of ground water by surface water in event of a flood.

318   Inadequate Microbiological Analysis data
Observation: Last bacteriological sample was submitted on 06/08/2013.
Corrective Action: - Bacteriological water samples shall be submitted for both sampling sites by Tuesday, July 8, 2014. - Bacteriological sampling is required, at minimum, monthly, as per the operating permit, from two sites - the Clubhouse and at the furthest point in the campground distribution system.
319   Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data
Observation: Last chemical sample was submitted on May 19, 2006.
Corrective Action: Core chemical and physical parameters testing is required to be performed every 5 years, as per the operating permit.

Observation: An up-to-date Emergency Response Plan is required as a condition of operating, as per the operating permit. No such plan has been completed or submitted to the Health Authority.
Corrective Action: Submit an up-to-date Emergency Response Plan by October 1, 2014, and ensure an up-to-date copy of this plan is kept available on-site at all times.
