Observation: There were two reports of Ecoli and several reports of overgrowth and background colonies due probably to flood
Corrective Action: Ensure that the well is properly protected from potential contaminants and a treatment system is installed.
301  Critical Storage Practices
Observation: Pails of paints and chemicals observed in the vicinity of the well. paint and chemical spills could contaminate water in the well.
Corrective Action: Ensure that all chemicals and paints are removed and stored at a designated area to prevent potential contamination from spill.

Observation: There were two reports of Ecoli and several reports of overgrowth and background colonies due probably to agricultural practices and flood.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the well is properly protected from potential contaminants and a treatment system is installed.
318   Inadequate Microbiological Analysis data
Observation: Water samples are not being consistently submitted every three months as per permit conditions.
Corrective Action: Due to several unsatisfactory water samples results and lack of treatment system,ensure that water samples are submitted on a monthly basis and a treatment system will be required.
319   Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data
Observation: Chemical analysis data has not been submitted.
Corrective Action: Ensure that water sample is submitted for chemical analysis every five years as per permit conditions.
