The surrounding ground of the well head is level. Corrective Action: The cracked well cap must be repaired or replaced and should be maintained intact after repairement or replacement. The surrounding ground around the wellhead must have a downward slope to prevent pooled water. |
319 | Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data Observation: The water operating permit requires chemistry data to be submitted to Northern Health every 5 years. The last chemistry was provided in 2014. Corrective Action: Please provide new chemistry date to Northern Health. |

Corrective Action: Develop a shock chlorination program that shocks the water system at least twice a year and submit the plan to Northern Health.
