| 312 | Interruption of treatment Observation: UV lamp turned off, as operator reported it was not working properly. Cooling fan recently replaced. This unit is critical to the water treatment system. Corrective Action: Boil Water Notice currently in place. Ensure clear signage is posted. UV lamp turned back on at the time of inspection. Appears to be working properly. Ensure power is always supplied to the unit during camp operation. The generator the supplies electricity to the unit should not be turned off, unless there is no chance that untreated water will reach the end user. Keep solenoid shut off valve plugged in at all times during camp operation. Please submit water sample for bacteriological analysis to verify that potable water is being delivered. |
