Corrective Action: FAC should be maintained around 0.5ppm, according to permit conditions. Increase chlorine concentration. The hypochlorinator is currently set to maximum output (stroke volume). Operator uses undiluted regular household bleach. May need to consider using a stronger chlorine concentrate, or using a larger tube for the hypochlorinator. |
