313 | Inadequate treatment Observation: Concentration of free available chlorine is measured to be 0.06ppm in the distribution system. Concentration of total chlorine is measured to be 0.2ppm. Corrective Action: Concentration of free available chlorine should be maintained at a minimum of 0.2ppm throughout the distribution system. At this time, maintain a minimum total chlorine residual of 0.5ppm. |
