The ground around the well head is sloped and not mounted away from the well head to prevent from pooling water around the well head and possible ingression of contaminated water into the well water. Corrective Action: Ensure to correct this by 1) mounting the well head away from teh well head. 2) To protect by a shelter or some other approprate means.to prevent contamination. |
